This place has it figured out. If you're looking for your new spot, just don't make a final decision until you've tried Noggins. I've been coming here for a couple years now, usually get my hair cut by Brooke T but have needed a last minute appointment a few times recently so I've branched out with great results each time. Their consistency across the board really speaks to their clear and apparent culture and the people they've found to grow within it. Everyone here is helpful and friendly, everyone cares about your experience, but special shoutout to Sully, Brian, Phillip, and of course Brooke!
